Nadine Elkhattat

Nadine Elkhattat graduated from the University of California, Irvine, earning Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Political Science and Criminology, Law & Society. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was involved with the Race & Poverty Law Journal. Ms. Elkhattat has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2005 and is also a Certified Workers’ Compensation Law Specialist.

Ms. Elkhattat joins CW Law with over 19 years of Workers’ Compensation defense experience, including leadership roles and a proven track record of a results-driven approach in aggressively defending insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers across a variety of industries. Prior to joining CW Law, LLP, Ms. Elkhattat was a Supervising Partner.  

Ms. Elkhattat joined CW Law as a Senior Associate Attorney in 2025. She continues to utilize her extensive litigation and management experience to mentor associates, provide strategic and client-focused defense with an emphasis on closures. Ms. Elkhattat has built a strong reputation for aggressively litigating claims and successfully obtaining Take Nothing Findings during her career. Her commitment to excellence and staying current with legal developments make her an integral part of the CW Law team.

In her free time, Nadine enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and children.
