Michelle Partington earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with a specialization in business at Chapman University in Orange, California. Following her undergraduate, Ms. Partington was awarded the Merit Scholarship for the Dale E Fowler School of Law at Chapman University and received her Juris Doctorate degree in May 2010. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2010, and to the State Bar of Arizona in 2012.
Prior to joining CW Law, Ms. Partington was an in-house Supervising Attorney for a major insurance company. She then moved to a private Workers’ Compensation defense firm where she also served in the role of Supervising Attorney where her responsibilities included training and monitoring new associates, as well as managing a heavy case load.
In 2021, Michelle Partington joined CW Law, LLP, and is currently a Senior Associate Attorney. She aggressively manages a complex caseload from initial case analysis, discovery, through Trial and has extensive experience representing employers for LC §132a, and Serious and Willful claims victoriously.
