Martin Nieto

Martin Nieto earned his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley, before going on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in2011. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2015.

Mr. Nieto brings extensive experience in workers’ compensation and employment-related matters, representing insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators, handling matters from inception to resolution.  In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Mr. Nieto has a strong foundation in human resources compliance, providing him with a practical understanding of workplace policies, risk management, and employer concerns.

Mr. Nieto joined CW Law in 2025 as an Associate Attorney, where he advises clients throughout the litigation process, collaborates closely with claims professionals and employer representatives, and works to achieve efficient and effective case outcomes. His combination of litigation experience, compliance knowledge, and client-focused approach strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver thoughtful and strategic representation and makes him a wonderful addition to the CW Law team.

In his free time, Martin enjoys attending concerts and cheering on the Anaheim Ducks.
