Kevin Nguyen

Kevin Nguyen attended the University of California Irvine where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis on Public Law. Following his undergraduate, Mr. Nguyen obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in May of 2007 from the Whittier School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2008.

Mr. Nguyen has worked as a Worker’s Compensation defense attorney since 2008. He has served in the role of Managing Attorney at a prior firm, where his responsibilities included mentoring associates on litigation strategies and case law, while actively managing a heavy case load. Mr. Nguyen is well versed in all phases of litigation from inception to resolution, including Trials.

Mr. Nguyen joined CW Law in 2024 as a Senior Associate Attorney. His 15 years of Worker’s Compensation defense experience in proactively and assertively defending claims, as well as his dedication to his clients make him an exceptional addition to CW Law.

Mr. Nguyen was promoted to Partner in January 2026. He has played an integral role in the firm’s continued growth through his exemplary work product, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to client service. Mr. Nguyen’s achievement is a testament to his hard work, commitment to excellence, and meaningful contributions to the firm.
