Henry Tao earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles. Following his undergraduate, Mr.Tao attended the University of San Diego School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in May 2014. While attending law school, he was the Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Mr. Tao was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2015.
Prior to joining CW Law, Mr. Tao worked as an Applicant’s Attorney and then at various private Worker’s Compensation defense firms as an Associate Attorney, wherein he managed extensive caseloads from inception through settlement. His work as an applicant and defense attorney has given him valuable insights and experience in all phases of litigation including exposure analysis, AOE/COE issues, hearing and deposition attendances, issues involving general/special employers, settlement negotiations, and Trial.
Mr. Tao joined CW Law in 2022 as a Senior Associate Attorney. His knowledge, experience, and unique approach make him an extraordinary addition to the CW Law team.
In his free time, Mr. Tao enjoys working out, playing basketball and kickboxing.
