Greg Diaz

Greg Diaz is a Southern California Native who graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2008 earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. After graduating, Mr. Diaz attended Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law where he was a member of the Mock Trial competition team and received his Juris Doctorate in June 2014. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2014.

Mr. Diaz began his legal career as a Law Clerk at a Workers’ Compensation defense firm working his way up to a Managing Attorney role where he was responsible for managing and training numerous attorneys while also maintaining an active case load. He is routinely recognized throughout his career for implementing successful legal strategies to obtain favorable outcomes for his clients.

Mr. Diaz has extensive trial experience on wide variety of issues including, AOE/COE determinations, medical disputes, and witness testimonies.

Mr. Diaz joined CW Law as a Senior Associate Attorney in 2021 and was promoted to Partner in 2022. Throughout his tenure at CW Law, he has consistently demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and a strong commitment to advancing the firm’s mission. His dedication to client service and investment in the professional development of others have been instrumental to the firm’s continued growth and success

In his free time, Mr. Diaz is a nationally known competitive powerlifter.
