Dana Kang

Dana Kang earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law, and Society from the University of California, Irvine. She later obtained a Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles before earning her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego. Ms. Kang was admitted to the State Bar of California in November 2024.

Prior to joining CW Law, Ms. Kang worked as an Applicant Attorney on Worker’s Compensation cases. She brings a strong and well-rounded background in litigation support and case management with experience spanning her work as both as a paralegal and an attorney. Her professional background includes extensive involvement in all stages of litigation and her experience as an Applicant Attorney brings a unique perspective and valuable insight. Through managing a high-volume caseload, Ms. Kang has developed an efficient, detail-oriented, and strategic approach to resolving matters.

Ms. Kang joined CW Law, LLP in 2025 as an Associate Attorney. Her practical experience, strong organizational skills, and collaborative approach contribute meaningfully to the firm’s continued success and client-focused practice.

In her free time, Dana enjoys doing yoga or pilates. She also loves spending quality time with family and friends.
