Ashley Randolph

Ashley Randolph earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine in 2007. Following her undergraduate, Ms. Randolph obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from Chapman University School of Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2012.

Ms. Randolph has prior experience as a Certified Law Clerk for the Orange County Public Defender’s office, Research Assistant at Chapman University School of Law, and as a Civil Litigation Junior Associate. She joins CW Law with 7 years Worker’s Compensation defense experience, with the last 3 years as a Senior Associate, where she actively managed a heavy case load from inception through resolution.

Ms. Randolph joined CW Law in 2023 as a Senior Associate for her specialization in Worker’s Compensation defense and litigation experience. Her knowledge in all phases of litigation, trial expertise, claim analysis, and negotiation ability make her an extraordinary addition to the CW Law team.

In her free time, Ms. Randolph enjoys seeing live music, taking weekend trips up the coast, and going to brunch with friends.
